• Show Archiving: Complete management of show bibles, technical documents, and departmental archives for long-term production longevity.

• Touring Support: Comprehensive management for shows on national and international tours, as well as West End runs.

• Rehearsal Logistics: Coordination of rehearsal space requirements in tandem with Production Assistants, including the transfer of props, costumes, and scenery.

👥 Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Recruitment & Staffing:  Directing recruitment, line management, and scheduling for all show-specific and production staff.

• Departmental Communication: Serving as the key communication bridge between technical HODs, company managers, freelance crew, and executive producer teams.

• Progress & Strategy Meetings: Regular presence at Production and Head Office meetings to ensure clear oversight across all departments.
