Technical Project Management

The primary function of the technical project manager is to provide skilled specialist expertise to their existing technical team.

Smartrad Creative work on contracts on behalf of productions and contractors.

Our projects & events have varied  hugely from museum and exhibition work to summer festivals, Concert Touring for 'A List' bands, Stage engineering installations, West End theatre productions and corporate award shows.

Smartrad Creative bring their expertise on board offering solutions to challenging projects. 

 Our Day to Day Responsibilities incorporate:

• Conduct day-to-day project coordination, planning, and implementation across the technical team 

• Working with clients, generating ideas and designs to meet their objectives and developing and implementing them from concept through to completion. 

•  Design & implementation of Stage technical systems for live events and temporary and permanent installs 

• Pre-production including plans, technical paperwork, crew booking and equipment sourcing 

• On-site management of crew and logistics​​ 

• Financial Management of budget, procurement and compliance.

We run projects with values of £2k to £2.5m, and work within construction Main Contractors, Event show Production Directors and Creative Designers.
