At Smartrad Creative, we provide specialist Technical Project Management support to production teams, contractors, designers, and creative stakeholders across a wide range of live, technical, and built-environment projects.

Our role is to integrate seamlessly with existing teams, bringing strategic oversight, technical expertise, and practical delivery experience to help projects move from concept to completion with clarity, precision, and confidence.

We work across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including museums, exhibitions, festivals, concert touring, theatre, immersive experiences, and corporate events. From large-scale arena productions to permanent installations, we offer solutions to complex technical challenges and help ensure every stage of delivery is executed to the highest standard.

What We Deliver

Our technical project management service includes:

• Day-to-day project coordination, planning, and implementation

• Collaboration with clients to develop ideas and designs aligned with project objectives

• Technical design and implementation for live events, temporary builds, and permanent installations

• Pre-production planning, including technical documentation, crew scheduling, and equipment procurement

• On-site leadership of crew, operations, and logistics

• Budget management, procurement, and compliance oversight

We manage projects ranging in value from £2,000 to £2.5 million, working closely with Main Contractors, Production Directors, and Creative Designers to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
